Processing & Shipping:

• The Pet Studio ships to all 50 of the contenental United States. 
• International Shipping holds an additional fee based on location.
  -International Shipping is available for Custom Pet Paintings only. At this time, International shipping is not available for Apparel and Jewelry Designs. 

T-Shirt Processing & Shipping:

• Processing on T-Shirts typically takes between 3-5 business days.
• T-Shirts ship via USPS first class or priority mail. 
• Shipping usually varies between 3 - 7 business days via USPS.

Artwork Shipping:

• Artwork ships via USPS with Tracking (unless otherwise noted).
• Ready-made artwork purchased online typically ships within 2 business days. 
   

Returns Policy: 

Artwork Returns:

• Due to the custom nature, artwork is non-refundable.

Apparel Returns:

• You may return new, unwashed items within 30 days of your item being shipped for a full refund of the product price. Customer is responsible for return shipping.  

• You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
