What is the average production time for T-Shirts and Jewelry?

The average production time for T-Shirts and Jewelry is 3-5 business days. Shirts are packaged and shipped out of our Austin, TX based location and typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

What is the average production time for canvas paintings?

Production time for canvas paintings will vary based on the number of orders in line. Typically orders will be ready and shipped within 3 weeks of your order being placed.
For orders during the holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day), The Pet Studio recommends placing your order at least 1-2 months in advance to ensure your painting arrives in time to be given as a gift.

Is it possible to order a custom T-Shirt?

Custom T-Shirts are offered to rescue organizations through The Pet Studio's T-Shirts for Charity Program.
Personalized T-Shirt orders are welcome. A setup fee as well as a minimum order is required. For more details please contact service@petstudioart.com

How should I wash my T-Shirts?

Do you ship internationally?

The Pet Studio offers international shipping only on Custom Paintings at this time. Additional shipping fees are required. Due to settings, International Customers may contact Stephanie Conrad, artist, directly for instructions on payment.

Do you accept returns?

The Pet Studio accepts returns on T-Shirts that are unwashed and in new condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping.
If the return is due to an error on The Pet Studio's part, we will supply you with a return shipping label. Once your return order has been received, The Pet Studio is happy to refund your original purchase price or provide a new replacement product.
Due to the custom nature of the artwork, The Pet Studio does not offer refunds on any artwork, artwork prints or jewelry (unless defective).
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Gift Certificate Policies

For Gift Certificates that were purchased from www.petstudioart.com as a gift, you may redeem the full purchase price towards any merchandise in The Pet Studio's online store, unless specified otherwise on your gift certificate.
For Gift Certificates, Prize Certificates, Silent Auction Winnings, Raffle Winnings or any other prize certificate or coupon, you may redeem the value towards the specified merchandise on your gift coupon. Typically these cards are only redeemable towards the value of a custom pet painting.

Painting/Update Policies

Due to the custom nature of artwork, paintings are non-refundable and non-updatable once they have been shipped.
When you painting has been completed, you will be emailed a photo for viewing before shipment for your approval. Each painting is allotted 3 free updates to ensure that your painting is to your liking. If after 3 attempts, your painting is still not exactly what you have envisioned, The Pet Studio will offer a refund on your piece or you can continue to update at $25 charge per update. This includes as many changes to the canvas as you would like within each update. However, please note that rejected paintings become the property of the artist and may be re-sold to another buyer.
For Paintings that have been won from an Event, Auction or Raffle, free updates are unavailable and will hold a fee of $25.00 each. Client is responsible for shipping of these paintings. Should a client that has won a painting be unsatified with their painting and choose to reject the piece, a cah refund will not be given, and the gift certificate will be deemed as used, considering that the painting has been completed. Customer may choose to keep the piece or not at this time. Rejected paintings become the property of the artist and may be resold to another buyer.
