As your artist, I work hard to capture more than just a photo of your pet. My goal is to create a piece of artwork that expresses who your pet truly is! 

This Large 36in x 36in painting offers an affordable and unique way to capture your pet on canvas. 

The ordering process is simple. 

• Choose your painting size (this page listing is for a 36in x 36in painting, for additional sizes visit the main custom painting page of this store).
• Choose your background color (from the swatches provided, if you do not see the color you would like, choose other and indicate your color when emailing your pets photos.)
• Place your order!

When your order is complete, you will receive 2 emails. 

• The first will be a fairly instantaneous email with your order confirmation. Please do not reply to this email, as it is just a confirmation. 
• The second email will be sent from Stephanie Conrad, Artist. In this email, your painting will be discussed as well as information on sending in your photos to use as inspiration for your pets painting. This email may take up to 24 hours to be received. 

Frequently Asked Questions and additional information:

Before placing your order, please take a look at the many samples on The Pet Studio's Facebook Page as well as in the Painting Gallery to ensure that The Pet Studio is the right artist for your painting. Paintings are not photographs and all paintings will vary based on the artist's perception of your pet. 

 -How long will it take for my painting to be finished and delivered?

• Typically paintings take 3-4 weeks to complete, depending on my order queue. Often, I am able to complete orders before this timeframe, however to be fair to all clients, I do take orders on a first come, first serve style basis.
• Delivery may vary, depending on your location. USPS Priority Mail takes an average of 5 - 7 business days or less.

-Can I expedite my painting?

• Yes, for an additional $50.00 fee, I can move your painting to the first painting in line. (This may vary if another client has chosen to expedite their painting as well.) If you are needing your painting by a particular date, please let me know and I will work as hard as possible to have your painting ready and delivered on time. Shipping charges for expedited paintings may vary slightly.

 -What type of photos do I send?

• You should send a photo of your pet in the pose that you want your pet painted in.  Your photos are often the only impression I have of your pet, so I do ask that you send high quality photos and also multiple photos. 
• Natural light (outdoor in the sunshine) photos work best, simply because they bring out the natural colors of your pets.

-What if I don't like my painting?

• I will do everything I can to make the corrections to your liking. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
• If after several attempts, the finished painting is still not to your liking, I will offer a refund. However, please note that a 10% fee is charged for paintings that are rejected to compensate for time and materials. 
• Paintings purchased with a Gift Certificate or contest/giveaway winnings are non-refundable.  
• Rejected paintings do become the property of the artist and may be sold or used in advertisements.

 -Other Information:

• Feel free to share photos of your painting with your friends and family. Paintings may not be reproduced without permission.
• All images on this website are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced without permission from the artist.
• Please note that since all paints are hand-mixed, background color may vary slightly from the swatches shown.
